This is a simple recipe for those who don’t have an oven yet would want a banana bread. I used an ordinary rice cooker for this. That’s my daughter’s hand, quickly touching it when I snapped the photo.
The ingredients:
6 ripe bananas
200 grams pancake mix
1 cup evap milk
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 tablespoon blueberry (or raisin)
20 grams butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar (you can add depending on how sweet you want it)
Mash the banana and mix everything except butter and blueberry. Melt the butter and use it to grease your rice cooker. Pour mixture and set to cook. Add the blueberry.
I was actually surprised it turned out very good. It’s dense and moist because of the banana.
Hope you try this.
Cel
So ingenious! Would love to try this.

Sounds interesting! I’ve always wanted to bake too but I don’t have an oven. Will try this. But I don’t eat blueberry. Maybe I’ll just substitute it.(: Thank you for sharing!
