For the past week, I’ve been avoiding coffee and anything with caffeine. Hah, it’s something about health. For now, I’m rekindling my romance with teas. Ok, let’s start with something that reminds me of home. For me, this is good for any time of the day. Stress relief!
On my tea wishlist:
Kusmi tea, TWG tea, Rishi tea.
How about you, share me your tea collections. π

I’m a big tea lover. English breakfast for me. π At ang ganda ng teacup mo!!! I’ve been looking for an authentic British teacup for ages. The one I have was broken. π¦ Gift pa naman from an english friend.

Every once in a while, I also buy this Highlanders Brown Rice Tea. My husband has insomnia. Drinking a cup of this tea helps him get better sleep.

I have a stash of tea for when my brothers come over. Other than that, the stash does not get lesser. Haha! My tea fix only comes from milk teas, the ones with lots of jellies and pearls! π

My two favorite teas are made by the Bigelow tea company and are types of flavored black teas. One is vanilla chai, which I steep in simmering milk and honey or sugar or stevia when I am avoiding sugar. The other is called Constant Comment, and has orange rind and spices. I like a little milk and sugar or stevia in my tea. The brown rice tea you are drinking sounds good, too.

Hmmm, I’d love to try them too. I think black teas have caffeine, and they say it’s good for morning tea. π

Where do you buy the caffeine-free tea bags? I drink green tea, anti-oxidant kasi siya but I went back to drinking coffee again, I like it plain with just a little sugar.
