Green beans + Ampalaya

Sometimes I love simple cooking when it comes to green beans.

Why?  Because I love dipping it in mayonnaise. Just boil it in for a few minutes and you can eat it!

Simple right?

If you want to add more vegetables, try ampalaya or bitter squash.

Fry the ampalaya first, then when it’s already cooked, mix in the onions and tomatoes. Add salt. An option: Beat some eggs and stir to add more flavor.
