Goodbye Ms. Manning

Last Sunday the church prepared a farewell party for Ms. Manning, one of the oldest parishioner in the church. She’s been here in the Philippines for more than 60 years. When she and her husband arrived in 1940, they were just married then.

Ms. Manning serenaded by the UE chorale.

She’s still beautiful and poised at her age, and she always wear a hat. She teaches Sunday school for pre schoolers. She will definitely be missed.

Safe trip Ms. Manning!

  1. that’s what I want to ask. 60 years is pretty long so I supposed she learned some Filipino or Ilocano 🙂
