meditation

I don’t know what this pseudo cairn thing is called. Maybe it is actually, or maybe not. Am I making sense?

Every Thursday morning, we are gathered at the chapel for a quick service.

Our service this morning emphasized the significance of focus.  The bishop stressed the importance of focus, like the buddhists do. They say if you want to listen to your own wisdom, you have to learn to practice meditation. It can be  5 minutes a day, when you are all alone, clad in your comfortable clothes, and not moving too much. I don’t mean  to be stiff.  You can add a relaxing instrumental music in the background. Find a place where you feel most relaxed. Sit properly, avoid a drooping posture.

Just relax and listen to your breathing. Breathe through your navel.

Breathe..

Don’t sleep.
