I received a text message when I was at work yesterday morning.

It was my aunt Kathy, who arrived from Hong Kong. I hurriedly went home, eager to ask for my chocolates! haha!  Well, that was part of it. When I got there, I saw her with her 2-year old son Guinz. He was happy to behold the lovely toys, the sweets, and a can of onion flavored Pringles. I’m glad he wasn’t crying, like he does when with strangers. She said she felt like she had just been gone for only  a month…when it was a year ago that she left. I know her longing for her son, and it’s good that she was given a two-week vacation. We had a quick chat, then finally I got my bar of chocolate.
